The fact that no one understands you
doesn't make you an artist. Unknown.
So mu

ch for my artistic flair! This brings me back to the chapter I was assigned when we were opening Flagstone. Each member of the Planning Team was assigned a chapter from Stephen Covey's Book, "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", and my chapter was habit 5:
Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood: Principles of Mutual Understanding. I am reminded of this chapter whenever I need to deal with someone new, someone I don't initially understand, or when I'm misunderstood myself. There is always more to the story, more that might help me better understand the other person. I couldn't have been assigned a better life lesson!
