Sing for joy, the newborn baby,
Full of glory, truth and grace.
All the ends of the Earth shall see
The salvation found in God's embrace.
Joy! The great I Am,
Joy! Light of the World,
Let us break forth together in song.
Comfort your people
And bring forth the Savior,
Down from Heaven, to earth belong.

Sing for joy, the newborn Savior,
All proclaim, and angels take flight.
Streaming forth their realms of glory,
Darkness cannot overcome light.
Joy! From mountaintops,
Joy! In hearts a-glow,
Joy! For all the world to see.
In the beginning
The Word was with God
And the Word now lives among you and me.
