Ahhh. With the way my day began, I never thought I'd be in as much peace as I am right now. The children were an absolute delight today, from fractions to mariachi bands, my job is a blessing each and every day. I think the kids have an inner sense that allows them to know just when to be extra charming, extra darling, inquisitive, thoughtful - you name it.
I concluded my evening at Bethany, where, after a brief church service, I sat next to Marie, and vowed to study the Bible with renewed intent. Tonight, I became part of an almost year-long study into the facts, faith, and foundation of my beliefs. The pastor mentioned Psalm 46 tonight, which mentions 'being still', something I am NOT necessarily known for! We talked about not being a human doing, but rather, a human being. I think that I can work on that!
I can't tell you how important this is to me, and to be embarking on something so meaningful seems like a significant and essential way to begin my 30's.

Awesome! I'm glad it was such a rewarding experience–I know you had some trepidation about starting another new thing, especially this one. Yippee! Wait... that doesn't really promote being still... how about "lovely" instead?
