Thoughts in a Bottle

Years ago, my friend (and former student and someone I would consider family) KATE made me a bottle of happy thoughts. Quotes, deep thoughts, wise words. She printed them all on white pieces of paper, cut them into thin strips, and shoved them deep into a glass bottle. The bottle was decorated with those shiny stars from the old days. Kate even made replacement thoughts when she believed I might be running out of thoughts! Too sweet!

I have no idea how many thoughts are actually in the bottle, so I'm going to pull and post a thought each day, until the bottle is empty! Some days, I'm sure the quote will speak to me. Other days, I'm sure we'll all learn a bit more about the author of the thought. Either way, Thank You, Kate, for your kind gift and creative start to my day!
